During this three-day facilitated event, business leaders will understand the nature of Lean/Six Sigma and Business Process Management and how its implementation will favorably influence the business’ core enterprise measures and scorecards. Leaders will learn the roadmap for process improvement, project selection and prioritization, metrics and dashboards, infrastructure (training and internal support), roles and responsibilities, project tracking, and the vicious cycle of variation.
